What is IELTS?

IELTS  stands for International English Language Testing System and it is designed to help people to prove their English Level ability for work, study or even immigration.


The exam has 4 separated parts - Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking in which test-takers are scored fairly based on their ability from 0 to 9 with 9 being close to native level of speaking and 0 being no ability to communicate.


IELTS is developed and owned by the British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia and Cambridge Assessment English.
