General Rules:
Here are some general rules about Part 1 that you may find useful. The point of Task 1 is for you to answer shortly to many questions. Think of it like an interview where you need to answer questions about yourself. You should:
Keep it short. When you practice, in general try to answer in 15 to 20 seconds per question.
Give at least 1 reason and 1 real-life example. Again very general but try to have at least 1 real example in your answer.
Talk about yourself. This part is all related to you (if the question doesn't say another person).

Do you wear a watch?
Answer 1:
My Personal Answer:
Have you ever got a watch as a gift?
Answer 1:
Answer for "No".
Not really. I've never received one, because... I think I never needed one at all. When I was growing up, we were not allowed to wear any jewelry or accessories at school, and once I left school, I already had a smartphone with me, so I never had the need for a watch. That's why my family never gave me one.
My Personal Answer:
I did. I received an expensive Italian watch as a gift when I was 12 or 13, I don't remember exactly. I received it from my grandparents. The reason was that my grandparents wanted me to have a memorable gift from them, as I couldn't see them that often, and they wanted to build a great memory for me. And so it worked, now, even though I don't wear it, for the time being, the watch is near and dear to me, as it reminds me of my grandparent's love and appreciation.
Why do some people wear expensive watches?
Answer 1:
My Personal Answer:
It may be due to different reasons. In general, it is a status symbol and it shows style, sophistication, and matureness. Wearing a luxury watch is especially common in different business industries where in order to be taken seriously, you have to wear the right attire as an entry into that industry. Think lawyers, businessmen, consultants, and so on.
Do you think it is important to wear a watch?
Answer 1:
I'm not really sure. I suppose it is a personal choice, sort of like when people decide if they should wear a hat or a fancy jacket. I don't think it has to be a requirement, as it's your own choice if you want to wear some pieces of accessories or not.
