Many questions in different English exams, like IELTS or TOEFL, include questions that ask about "people". These are broad, big questions that want you to discuss different people and give different examples. For instance:
Learn different ways you could divide people into groups, and talk about those groups.
As life is very different for different types of people, there are more things to say if you separate them into groups. In this way, you can improve your vocabulary, as you will talk about different situations and improve your coherence as it will give a more logical and well-explained answer.

For this question, we can use people of different ages. Let's take a look.
Kids and Adults
Well, in many different ways. If we take a look at kids, they usually have PE classes at school. What's more, they will join a lot of sports activities in their spare time after school like football clubs, basketball clubs and more. As for adults, they will have a more busy schedule than kids, and so they might go to the gym on the weekend or I've seen many who would go out for a run or a jog at night after dinner.
For this question, we can think about different countries.
Different Countries
There are so many, and I believe these traditions depend on the country a person lives in. For instance, in the USA, they have their own National Day - the 4th of July, as well as another essential family gathering occasion, Thanksgiving. However, in my country, Bulgaria, we never celebrated these. We always followed different orthodox Christian holidays such as Easter and a personal Name's Day. That last one was sort of like a second birthday, as every person would have a day of the year to celebrate his name. So, yeah, traditions are all different.
Here we could talk about different jobs.
Different Jobs
Well, if we look at a doctor, for instance, it takes a lot of practice and learning, for years and years to be considered successful. In many cases, doctors learn their whole life, and only when they become a Ph.D. in their field, they can be well paid and considered a winner. Another example could be receptionists at a hotel. Usually, that position is considered a low, entry-level position and does not account for success. However, if that receptionist puts in the time, dedication, and patience and moves up the hotel chain, eventually, he or she can achieve a higher level position and feel accomplished.
